Report an infringement

For copyright, trademark and other rights complaints about a marketplace listing

If something on our marketplace infringes your rights, tell us here and we will act on it. You do not need an account. A person reads every complaint.

What happens when you send this

• We stop the money straight away. Any pending payment to the seller for that listing is held from the moment your complaint arrives.
• Nothing comes down automatically. A person reviews it. An automatic takedown button would be a tool for taking down competitors, so we do not have one.
• We pass your complaint to the seller and give them a chance to answer, including your name and what you have written. We do this because we would rather decide on both accounts than one.
• We email you the decision. If we uphold it, the listing is removed from sale and the seller is paid nothing for it. If we do not, you can reply with more.
• Sellers whose listings are repeatedly removed this way lose their account permanently.
